AboutHi, I'm Maite and I am the other half of Generation Strength. Reaching your health and fitness goals doesn't mean having to miss out on tasty meals or killing yourself at the gym. It just means you haven't yet found the right trainer, the right workout plan or the nutritional approach that works for you. Our main mission is to bring strength training to everyone, using science-based programming, posture assessments and correction, and essential nutritional knowledge, all whilst teaching you how to create good habits that actually stick.
